Could Computers Help Us Remember Every Person We've Ever Met?

Apple Exec, Tom Gruber, thinks so.

This reminds many of the scary "Black Mirror" episode on Netflix, in a world where humans record every single thing that happens to them. Gruber's vision is for computers to be aids to help remember and most importantly not to hurt. According to Business Insider, "Gruber — the cofounder of Siri — posited his vision of computers logging everything that happens in our lives, allowing us to remember every person we ever met, along with how their favorite sports, family members, and correct pronunciation of their names, while speaking at the TED 2017 conference in Vancouver, Canada." I think this is a pretty cool idea. This could help assist people who suffer from diseases like dementia and schizophrenia.
