TAMPA, Florida – Daniel McMahon, the racist man who stalked a black activist who is running for office in Virginia, was denied bail bond by a federal magistrate who is ordering McMahon to remain in custody.

Magistrate Judge Thomas Wilson said on Monday that he ordered the culprit to remain in custody because he felt that his mental instability would be a threat to the community.

(Editorial Comments): This update is a cautionary tale. If you plan to stalk innocent people and harass them based on color, race, religion or any other denomination, plan to face the consequences.
