If you’re a Hillsborough County resident interested in voting early, you’ll have that opportunity at Raymond James Stadium.
Yesterday, Hillsborough County Supervisor of Elections Craig Latimer explained that the county is partnering with the Buccaneers and the Tampa Sports Authority to transform Raymond James Stadium into an early voting site.
And we just heard Amalie Arena will also become an early voting site. With the two sporting venues, that brings the Hillsborough County Early Voting sites to a total of twenty-six. Early voting begins October 19th and runs through November 1st. It will be open from 7 A.M. to 7 P.M.
Residents may choose to vote early so they can avoid long lines that will be likely on election day, and to find a voting location that is more convenient.
