Executive order 244 was signed by the Florida governor stating that restaurants can open back to 100% capacity. It will still be up to the counties and the businesses as to how they want to handle it. If counties want they can restrict capacity to 50%. If a restaurant wants to limit capacity, they will be required to justify it as a matter of public safety. Is it too early to open to full capacity, or is it time to get back to business?
