Investor’s Edge with Gary Kaltbaum

Recently Gary has received an email from a listener that has asked a serious question about the market. In the email, there was an article about how the risk of a market bubble is growing. The chief investment officer of a big brokerage office is claiming this right now. Gary laughs because all of a sudden, there are bubbles. Has he missed the entirety of the last year that is a crisis waiting to happen with inflation and frivolous spending? Probably so because the signs are all there, according to Gary.

So many stocks have gone from 1 to 30, then back to 1 in less than a few hours. There are so many signs of a market crash coming we really should not expect anything less. Back in February, we saw the signs painted on the wall but chose to ignore them. We had so much moving and shaking in the market from left to right and up and down that it was hard to keep track, and this much change has never been a good sign. This was the sign.

These signs are the outline of the future. The volatile nature of the market is just proof that things are moving but not always for the better. Currently, stocks have always had a forward projection, but this is the problem. The forward estimates have taken more steps backward than they have moving forward, and there has not been any degree of certainty in their movement. The signs are here the bubble is growing will its pop is yet to be determined.
