In many cities throughout the country, the U.S. supply chains are affecting more and more Americans when it comes to putting food on the table. As a result, many stores are now reporting bare shelves and a minimal drug supply. As a result, many people are starting to speak out, one such person saying, “It’s like a Soviet store during 1981. It’s horrible.” Bare shelves have not been seen like this since early in the pandemic when people attempted to horde for the inevitable lockdowns mandated by their respective governments.
We shouldn’t panic about empty shelves, it’s all part of Dominic’s divine #covid19 plan - we just didn’t pray hard enough for #woolworths truck drivers and warehouse staff… #overit #nsw #sydney #supplychain #LNPDisgrace #mismanagement pic.twitter.com/GP7mucXl6t— Iain Brew 💉 💉 (@IainBrewSydney) January 6, 2022
Twitter has been awash with people calling out the issues all over. Currently, #Bidenflation is trending on Twitter as people are going after President Biden has seen a massive increase in consumer prices. There has been a 7% surge, the worst that has been reported since 1982. The supply chains affecting Americans may not directly be tied to inflation of goods, but the correlation can be found.
Needless to say, the President needs to take swift action to help get this country back on track before things get out of hand.
