People find a reason to move to Florida every day, but is it for our schools? Maybe because in a recent poll, it was found that Bay area schools rank pretty high in the U.S. The poll ranked elementary schools across the U.S., and it found several Bay Area schools in the top 100, but the real winner here is Pine View Elementary was the number 1 rated school in all the U.S. It doesn’t end there with Pine View’s achievements. They have achieved over 99% of students’ proficiency in math and reading.
Pine Views sister school Pine View Middle did very well too. They managed to achieve #5 in all the middle schools across the U.S.
Every year Niche puts together a list ranking the schools based on rigorous analysis of key statistics and millions of reviews from students and parents using data from the U.S. Department of Education. Ranking factors include state test scores, student-teacher ratio, student diversity, teacher quality, grade school ratings, and the school district’s overall quality.
Here is how this ranking was calculated.
