Beto O’Rourke attempted to politicize a press conference being held by Texas Gov. Greg Abbot. Beto deemed the actions of the Governor to be “totally predictable.” and wasn’t doing enough to solve the problem. The situation escalates as the crowd is not having his antics and urges him to leave. Instead, the Mayor of Uvalde called out the former Senator telling him he was a “Sick Son of a Bitch” and even calling him an “Asshole.”
Among the conference attendees was Sen. Ted Cruz, also throwing jabs at Beto and calling him out as “pathetic.”
Gov. Abbott continued, saying, “Every Texan, every American, has a responsibility we need to focus on ourselves and our agendas, we need to focus on the healing and hope that we are providing to those who suffered unconscionable damage to their lives.”
Afterward, Beto continued to talk with the news trying to get the attention of the news media.
