Friday will live in as probably one of the most important days in recent history when the Supreme Court released the decision to send Abortion back to the states to handle as they see fit. The deemed the ruling of Roe. V Wade was made in error as it did not have any grounds that made it constitutional. Now Attorney General Merrick Garland has found what he believes to be a work around.

The FDA currently has mifepristone allowed on the market. It is a commonly used abortion drug. According to Merrick Garland this is a workaround to states that have enacted abortion bans. Mifepristone is approved for women who are less than 10 weeks pregnant. This means that the drug can be prescribed to you from doctors out of states that have approved it. Some states have already proved to fight against this like Louisiana who has made it illegal to be mailed drugs from outside states.
