The Drunken Shrimp Tostada: Beer Battered Shrimp, Citrus Slaw, Mexican Crema, Cotija Cheese

Thanks to Busch Gardens Tampa Bay for inviting us to try some of their featured items on the menu at this year’s Food & Wine Festival. With Iron Gwazi lit up in purple as a backdrop, we got to try some of their chef’s creations. Here are some of our favorites!
