Tampa’s got it all! Beaches, great sports teams, and endless options for food trucks! Whenever you’re out and about in the Tampa area, keep your eyes peeled for any of these must-try food trucks. There’s so much variety in cuisine in Tampa Bay, and new food trucks seem to be popping up everyday, so we gathered a list from Yelp of the most mouth-watering food trucks in Tampa and added a few of our own.

These aren’t your typical food spots, don’t expect to find classic menu items here. Most trucks on our list feature fusion-inspired dishes, which brings authenticity to the table. These mobile restaurants pride themselves in creating a niche menu that takes them a step above their stay-put competition. Some trucks are conveniently parked in one place with usual business hours, and other purely operate out of events. Keep in mind that most of these businesses are not open during normal hours, and many may only be available at certain hours or special events. Be sure to check their Facebook or Instagram to see where they’ll be serving from!
